WORKER'S COMP PROCESS
If injured on the job
STEP 1:
Injured employee reports injury to Club Manager within 24 hours of incident.
The HR & Payroll Admin is backup to the Club Manager and can also provide support.
A designated provider letter will be provided which will state what medical facility can treat injury.
STEP 2:
The Club Manager or HR & Payroll Admin will submit a claim through Pinnacol’s (Workman Comp Company) website and provide the injured employee with a claim number
* Please note if this is an emergency or staff is traveling, staff should get the care they need and then notify member services to submit a claim as soon as they can. Pinnacol will reimburse and work with medical center visited.
